Absolutely. The first two weeks are designed specifically for beginners, with slower pacing, clear cueing, and multiple modifications offered in every class. You'll always be invited to choose the version that feels best in your body.
Most classes are 15–25 minutes. You'll get 3 main flows plus 1 optional bonus practice each week. That means you can complete the core curriculum in about 60–75 minutes weekly, and add extras whenever you have more time.
A yoga mat and about two mat‑lengths of space is plenty. A couple of cushions or pillows and a blanket are helpful for support, but not mandatory. Blocks and straps are nice if you have them, and we suggest easy household alternatives if you don't.
Many students come to this course with old injuries or sensitive joints. You'll hear options throughout each class, including chair‑supported variations. You'll also be invited to skip or modify any movement that doesn't feel safe. Always check with your healthcare provider if you're unsure what's appropriate for you.
